Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on back-end development, customizing applications, optimizing workflows, integrating with third-party tools, and ensuring scalable and efficient ServiceNow platform performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-impact solutions is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, configurations, and customizations in modules like CSM, GRC, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and integrations with other enterprise tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• ServiceNow Developer certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI-driven automation and analytics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile development methodologies.
