- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, catalog management, and platform customization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and IntegrationHub implementations.
- Good knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments and supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.
- ServiceNow certifications and client-facing communication skills are preferred.
