Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively sell digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation campaigns, etc.)
  • Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing services
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closure
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase digital marketing offerings
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, founders, and decision-makers
  • Develop customized digital marketing proposals based on client requirements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams for execution and client success
  • Track pipeline, conversions, and performance using CRM tools


Must-Have Requirements (Strictly Required)

  • Proven 2+ experience in selling Digital Marketing services (agency or product-based)
  • Strong track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Hands-on understanding of:
  • SEO / Google Ads / Meta Ads
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Lead Generation campaigns
  • Excellent pitching, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

A closer, not just a presenter someone who understands digital marketing services and can confidently sell, negotiate, and close deals consistently.


CTC: 25,000 35,000 per month + Incentives above Target Achievements
