About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented **Sales Executive** to drive showroom and project sales for premium marble, granite, quartz, and natural stone products in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in **building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, plywood, laminates, interiors, or construction sales**.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle **walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders**

* Generate leads for **residential, commercial, and hospitality projects**

* Build strong relationships with **architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and builders**

* Conduct **site visits and client meetings**

* Convert enquiries into confirmed orders

* Coordinate with procurement, cutting, dispatch, and installation teams

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Develop dealer and contractor network across Chennai

* Follow up on quotations, samples, approvals, and payment collections

* Maintain customer database and repeat business pipeline

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 2+ years in **marble / granite / tiles / building material sales**

* Strong network with **architects, builders, and interior firms in Chennai**

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Good knowledge of **Italian marble, granite, quartz, and engineered stone**

* Ability to close premium residential and luxury villa clients

* Must be comfortable with **field sales + showroom sales**

* Own vehicle preferred
