Job Description
AdCandid is looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive global growth for our CPA and Mobile App performance network. You will be responsible for securing high-volume campaigns and building long-term partnerships with advertisers in India and across international markets.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new advertisers and agencies looking for CPA and Mobile App Growth solutions.
- Market Expansion: Secure competitive deals from the Indian market and explore untapped global opportunities.
- Account Management: Negotiate pricing, manage campaign expectations, and ensure long-term retention of key accounts.
- Performance Optimization: Work closely with the operations team to ensure client KPIs are met and budgets are scaled.
- Location: This position is open only to Indian candidates.
- Work Model: Hybrid role (80% Remote / 20% in-person at our Bangalore office).
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically with CPA and Mobile App install campaigns.
- Established Network: A strong, existing portfolio of accounts and industry connections (Advertisers/Agencies) is highly preferred.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals at competitive rates while maintaining healthy margins.
