We are seeking an experienced professional in Risk & Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the organizations risk management and compliance framework in line with UK regulatory requirements.

• Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
• Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks across operational, financial, and regulatory areas
• Ensure adherence to UK regulatory requirements (including FCA guidelines)
• Manage compliance monitoring programs and support audit activities
• Maintain risk registers, KRIs, and mitigation plans
• Strengthen governance frameworks and support board-level reporting
• Collaborate with business, legal, audit, and senior leadership stakeholders
• Foster a strong risk-aware culture across the organization
• Lead and mentor a team of risk and compliance professionals

What Were Looking For

• 812+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit
• Strong experience within Financial Services / BFSI domain
• Mandatory experience in UK Life & Pensions domain
• Hands-on expertise with ERM frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, etc.)
• Good understanding of UK regulatory landscape (FCA preferred)
• Proven experience in risk assessment, governance, and compliance reporting
• Ability to drive risk transformation or change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
