Job description

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of high-performance mobile applications. You will be responsible for defining architectural patterns, ensuring pixel-perfect UI, and integrating complex native modules.

• Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design and architectural decisions for large-scale mobile applications.
• Feature Development: Build and maintain advanced features using React Native (including Expo and CLI workflows).
• Native Integration: Develop custom native modules and bridge implementations when standard libraries aren't enough.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues to achieve native-like speed.
• Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and guide junior/mid-level developers on best practices and clean code principles.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Manage app store submission processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
