Senior Quality Control Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Quality Control Engineer. The Senior Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include performing quality assurance tests, analyzing production data, identifying potential areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high product standards. The role also involves training team members on quality practices and ensuring efficient communication within the team.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve production and quality challenges
• Experience in Quality Management and implementing quality standards and procedures
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate and coordinate across teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proven experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Familiarity with relevant quality certifications or industry regulations is a plus
