Senior Project Manager

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end IT service and program delivery with a strong focus on data platforms and production support governance. This role involves managing large-scale delivery engagements, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning delivery outcomes with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in service/program/data delivery, expertise in ITIL processes, and the ability to drive high-quality delivery in complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

• 10+ years of IT delivery experience, including 35+ years in Service / Program / Data Delivery leadership roles
• Proven track record in production support governance, covering incident, problem, change, and release management
• Strong exposure to SAP ECC/BW ecosystems, including ABAP-based data extraction and integrations
• Experience overseeing BI/reporting platforms such as Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks (certification preferred)
• Strong grounding in data governance, data quality, and reconciliation frameworks
• Familiarity with Data Ops/DevOps practices for scalable data pipelines
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence senior customer leadership
• Demonstrated strength in RCA, risk mitigation, escalation management, and service excellence
