Role Description

We areseekingan experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects and drive successful delivery across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with proven leadership in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects.
• Define project scope,timelinesand resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional teams across development, QA, and design.
• Handle client communication and stakeholder management.
• Identifyproject risks and ensuretimelymitigation.
• Ensure delivery within scope,timeand quality standards.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and team productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field; PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification preferred.
