Key Responsibilities

• Lead program management for Data Engineering programs and ensuring seamless execution of large-scale initiatives
• Define and implement Data and AI strategy, Cloud platforms, and automation tools to optimize operational performance and customer satisfaction
• Oversee risk management and compliance activities by applying enterprise governance standards and monitoring regulatory adherence throughout program lifecycle
• Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to Data program teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and transformation
• Program and Delivery Management in Data Programs and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time| cost and quality are met
• Support business development activities for new Data business and source further business from the existing client
• To anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives
• Effectively drive multiple teams in delivering EE/EN/NN accounts as per SOW commitments and oversee all facets of delivery ensuring high operational & delivery excellence standards are met across all accounts
• Strategize and execute operations towards organizational objectives and support achievement of desired goals and objectives
• Oversee overall P&L and execute strategies to improve account margins & enhance growth of new business
