What You Will Do:

Operational Leadership

Oversee the end-to-end production operations, workflows, and resource management across all studio verticals.

Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with Global Operational Leads to ensure consistent practices across geographies.

Onboard new and existing clients effectively, establishing streamlined processes and service standards.

Identify and internalize outsourced business with clear ROI-focused models.

Drive digital transformation in workflows and services to enhance global production capabilities.

Build trust and operational confidence through reliable and consistent delivery.

Business & Growth

Lead and support new business opportunities from an operational standpoint.

Partner with regional and studio leads to explore and execute growth strategies.

Financial Oversight

Collaborate with local and global CFOs to manage budgets, forecasts, revenues, and profitability metrics.

Maintain and update competitive rate cards for local and global markets.

Monitor production-related financial KPIs including billability, utilization, and revenue forecasting. Talent & Organizational Development

Support talent forecasting, casting, and workforce planning.

Partner with HR and finance to manage hiring, freelance/vendor coordination, and organizational restructuring.

REQUIRED SKILLS

1215 years of experience in operations within a production or studio environment.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and profitability.

Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities across cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Proven success collaborating with creative agencies and offshore production hubs.

Strategic thinker with the ability to build and nurture client relationships directly.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
