• Job Description: The CodeIgniter (PHP) Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the CodeIgniter framework. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. They will work closely with the development team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Success in this position will be demonstrated by the ability to deliver high-quality code that meets project requirements and contributes to the overall success of the company. This role is essential to the organizations web development efforts and will play a key role in driving growth and innovation.

• Objectives of this role :

1. Build client-focused, next-generation web applications
2. Support full-stack web development by applying agile methodologies for sprint planning, design sessions, development, testing, and deployment
3. Oversee diverse, cohesive teams for high-quality delivery to clients
4. Design, develop, test, and enhance software solutions
5. The technology stack includes Vue.js and Semantic UI for advanced browser support and device compatibility, Laravel for middleware logic and MySQL for database handling. We leverage Cloudflare CDN and AWS servers to ensure seamless project deployment globally.

• Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain web applications using the CodeIgniter (PHP) framework.
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
4. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Test and debug applications to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
7. Optimize application performance and scalability.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
9. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications.
10. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

• Required skills and qualifications:

1. Strong proficiency in the PHP programming language
2. Experience with the CodeIgniter framework
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
4. Understanding of MVC architecture
5. Experience with database management systems such as MySQL
6. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
7. Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
10. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
11. Relevant certifications such as CodeIgniter Certified Developer (optional)
