Senior Performance Marketer

What youll do:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)

- Manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI

- Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad performance

- Analyze data, derive insights, and scale what works

- Build and refine funnels for customer acquisition and retention

- Continuously improve conversion rates across campaigns, landing pages, and funnels

Who you are:

- 34 years of experience in performance marketing

- Strong understanding of paid media, funnels, and conversion optimization

- Comfortable working in budget-driven environments

- Data-driven with a sharp eye for performance and efficiency

• - Experience in product/lifestyle brands is a plus
