About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, data-obsessed Senior Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition engine across D2C and retail channels. You will be responsible for every rupee of ad spend from strategy to execution to reporting and will be expected to deliver measurable, attributable growth.



Key Responsibilities:


Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto)
  • Manage monthly ad budgets, pacing, and bid strategy to hit ROAS, CAC, and CPL targets
  • Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers

Analytics & Attribution

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPM, CTR, conversion rate by channel)
  • Own attribution modelling assess channel contribution, manage last-click vs. data-driven models
  • Identify budget reallocation opportunities using cohort and funnel analysis

Growth & Experimentation

  • Lead experiments across new channels (CTV, programmatic, influencer-performance hybrids)
  • Partner with the brand and content teams to brief performance-first creatives
  • Drive retention loops retargeting, cart abandonment, cross-sell campaigns

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the e-commerce, product, and tech teams on landing page optimisation and pixel/tracking hygiene
  • Brief and manage agency partners / freelancers where applicable



What We're Looking For

Must-have

  • 47 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (FMCG / D2C / retail preferred)
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart)
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp / CRM-led performance campaigns
  • Prior agency-side experience managing multiple FMCG brands


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory if experience speaks for itself
