Job Description
Role name: ORACLE DBA .
Location: MUMBAI(BELAPUR/VASHI/AIROLI)
EDUCATION: B.E/ B.TECH/MCA/M.Tech /M.sc/ MS(Computer science)
Timings: Rotational shifts.
EXPERIENCE - 8+ yrs of experience in Oracle Database role as a DBA/CONSULTANT/DATABASE SUPPORT ENGINEER.
* 8+ years of enterprise Oracle database experience with 3+ years of preferred hands-on
banking/financial services.
Max CTC: 29 LPA
REQUIREMENTS:
* Expert-level experience in:
o Oracle RAC
o Data Guard / Active Data Guard
o RMAN
o AWR/ASH performance diagnostics
o Partitioning & Advanced Compression
o OEM
* Strong experience in large OLTP workloads (high TPS environments).
* Experience handling multi-terabyte databases.
- * Strong scripting/automation experience (Shell, Python, Ansible).
Technical Skills:
* Oracle 12c/19c/21c /26Ai architecture
* ASM & storage management
* Exadata (Smart Scan, Storage Indexes, HCC)
* GoldenGate (replication & migration scenarios)
* Database upgrades & migration strategies
* Edition-Based Redefinition (EBR)
* SQL Plan Management (SPM)
* Real Application Testing (RAT)
* Resource Manager
* Connection pooling (WebLogic, application integration)
* Linux performance diagnostics (vmstat, iostat, top, sar)
* Network latency analysis
* Cloud exposure (OCI preferred)
