Location : Mumbai | Delhi | Chennai

Are you passionate about solving complex database performance challenges at scale? Were looking for a seasoned professional with 810 years of experience to join our team and drive performance excellence in mission-critical banking systems.

What Youll Do:

Lead advanced performance engineering using AWR/ASH, SQL tracing, execution plans, and wait-event analysis

Diagnose and resolve system bottlenecks (I/O, CPU, memory, contention)

Optimize indexing, partitioning, PL/SQL, and query performance

Architect and manage Oracle RAC & Data Guard environments

Drive high availability, DR strategies, and regulatory compliance (RPO/RTO)

Handle Sev1/Sev2 incidents with strong crisis management & executive communication

Secure databases with TDE, RBAC, and best-in-class security practices

Automate operations using Shell, Python, and Ansible

Domain Focus:

Work on high-impact systems like Core Banking, UPI/Payments, Treasury, Risk & Compliance, and Data Warehousing in high-throughput OLTP environments.

What Were Looking For:

Strong expertise in Oracle 12c/19c/21c

Hands-on with RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, AWR/ASH

Experience with large-scale OLTP systems & multi-terabyte databases

Solid scripting & automation skills

Exposure to Exadata, GoldenGate, and cloud (OCI preferred)
