Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Operations Manager from the cake/confectionery industry who can independently manage and streamline daily franchise operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, capable of taking ownership from day one, and ensuring smooth functioning across all outlets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all franchise outlets
• Ensure smooth production processes, inventory management, and quality control
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement best practices across stores
• Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams for seamless execution
• Maintain consistency in brand standards, product quality, and customer experience
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements at the franchise level
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for better productivity

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in the cake/bakery/confectionery industry is mandatory
• Ability to independently handle franchise operations without extensive training
• Strong operational mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Hospitality/Food Production/Business Management preferred)
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in bakery/cake/confectionery operations
• Industry Preference: Bakery, Cake, Confectionery, or QSR/Food Retail
