• Develop and conduct sales, product, soft skill and process trainings modules for employees and
channel partners in English, Hindi and vernacular language
•
Design and conduct employee training sessions aligned to vintage, productivity levels, zonal needs,and monthly learning themes based on capability needs, topics, and productivity insights in consultation with business teams and academy team
•
Prepare agent training calendars customized by cohort and training priorities.
•
Maintain and update training trackers, daily dashboards, and online attendance records.
•
Plan, review, and refine monthly training schedules through a structured review cadence.
•
Travel to branches to deliver in-person training for agents and employees as per the monthly plan.
•
Customize training content based on feedback, field requirements, and business goals.
•
Engage with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.
•
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
•
Ensure training processes, documentation, and content updates adhere to internal compliance standards.. Key Requirements – Education & Certification
