Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Data Science

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Drive Generative AI initiatives, creating innovative products and solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven strategies.

Collaboration and Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in Data Science and Generative AI.

General

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and at least one other language (e.g., C#, Go, or equivalent).
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies inData Science and Generative AI.
