Location: CSIR Road, Chennai || Andheri East, Mumbai || DLF Cyber City, II Gurugram

Hybrid 2 days Onsite (Thursday/Friday)

Shift Time 01:00 PM or 02:00 PM IST (UK Shift - Flexible)

Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in data center operations, infrastructure support, or server hardware management.
Strong Linux server administration skills including Bash scripting.
Strong familiarity with enterprise server environments, IPMI, and lifecycle operations.
Experience coordinating hardware repairs, deployments, and maintenance activities.
Basic networking experience includes cabling, switch connectivity, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
Understanding of provisioning technologies such as DHCP, PXE, remote management tools, and OS installation workflows.
Experience working with remote hands, vendors, or distributed operations teams.
Strong organizational, ticket management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting 24x7 production environments.
Familiarity of server CLI for interacting with server hardware (e.g. Dell)
Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, APIs).
Experience with CMDB, inventory, or asset management systems.
Exposure to AI tools for workflow automation, reporting, documentation, or operational support.
