Open Roles

1.Senior Designers / Architects

Experience: 56+ years

• Lead high-end residential, commercial & hospitality projects
• Drive creative direction and concept development
• Translate client briefs into innovative, practical design solutions
• Lead client presentations and meetings
• Manage and mentor design teams
• Oversee project strategy, timelines, and delivery
• Ensure design quality, detailing, and execution standards
• Coordinate across consultants and vendors
• Balance creativity with commercial viability and project profitability

2.Junior Designers / Architects

Experience: 12 years

• Assist in concept research, mood boards, and presentations
• Support space planning and design development
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings and documentation
• Assist in FF&E selection and material research
• Coordinate with senior designers and execution teams
• Contribute to site coordination and project follow-ups
• Learn and apply studio design standards and workflows

Core Skills (Applicable to Both Roles)

• Strong design sensibility and spatial understanding
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design software tools
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E
• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Qualifications
