Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java.
• Build and support event-driven and streaming workflows using Kafka.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications on OpenShift platforms.
• Develop reliable and high-performance backend solutions with strong focus on maintainability and scalability.
• Manage data integrations and database operations using MongoDB and Oracle DB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend architectures and integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems and backend services.
• Follow best practices for coding, deployment, security, and operational reliability.
• Support cloud-based deployments and integrations across AWS and Azure environments where applicable.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development.
• Expertise in Kafka, OpenShift, MongoDB, and Oracle DB.
• Good understanding of event-driven architecture and containerized environments.
• Experience with backend system design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
