Job Summary

ARC Document Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IP Development Engineer to lead the development and enhancement of scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, along with hands-on experience in application architecture, performance optimization, and cross-functional team leadership.

The role requires an individual capable of driving end-to-end development initiatives, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering high-quality intellectual property (IP)-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete development lifecycle of complex web and mobile applications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using technologies such as WordPress, PHP, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

Architect and implement APIs and backend services while ensuring seamless integration with third-party platforms including HubSpot and Strapi.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, encouraging best engineering practices and continuous learning.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver feature-rich and user-centric solutions.

Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of code quality, documentation, and development processes.

Implement and oversee Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and version control workflows.

Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards to ensure maintainability, scalability, and security.

Contribute to long-term technical strategy, architectural planning, and product roadmaps.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Optimize website and application performance through effective page speed optimization techniques and modern frontend performance strategies.

Performance Optimization

Strong understanding of page speed optimization techniques for websites and web applications.

Hands-on experience with performance analysis and monitoring tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and HubSpot Website Grader.

Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, lazy loading, image optimization, and frontend performance best practices.

Strong understanding of Client-Side Rendering (CSR) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) concepts and their implementation in frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience.

At least 23 years of experience in a senior technical or leadership role.

Experience working on enterprise-level applications and IP-based products will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability principles, and performance optimization standards.
