The Role:-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Draftsman with strong technical knowledge and detailing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing detailed execution drawings for luxury interior projects and coordinating closely with designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and comprehensive working drawings for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Develop detailed furniture drawings, sectional details, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, electrical layouts, and joinery details.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams for drawing updates and revisions.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and aligned with site conditions and execution requirements.
• Revise drawings as per design modifications, site updates, and client requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the project team with technical detailing and execution-related solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 7+ years of experience in interior drafting, preferably in luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, joinery, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
