About the Role

As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with clients. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust designs based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

Own the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure.

Own Customer Experience during a project.

Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.

Own the end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15 years of academic education.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer.

Led and delivered a minimum of 56 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects.

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD.

Expertise in Conceptual Design (Layout, Style, Moodboard).

Technical Design (Material knowledge, Execution, and Drawing Preparation).

Modular Design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).

Civil Works & Services (specifications and installation details).

Experience in BOQ creation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Sales expertise through effective design consultations and customer meetings.

Strong communication skills, integrity, teamwork, and result orientation.

High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
