About the Role:

Interior Designer to lead and manage high-value residential interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in handling premium home interior projects. This role requires an individual with exceptional design skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

Reporting To: Design Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-value residential interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure that customer is being pitched with good presentation and gets onboarded in Design Cafe
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints.
• Develop and present innovative design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
• Oversee space planning, material selection, and furniture sourcing.
• Ensure seamless coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets

Create design concepts, floor plans, sketches, and presentations

Develop mood boards and design solutions tailored to client needs

Manage projects independently from concept to design finalization

Deliver exceptional customer experience and design excellence

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential interior design

Mandatory experience in modular interiors

Strong client management and project handling skills

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google SketchUp

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail

Qualifications:

Diploma in Interior Design (2/3 years) or B.Arch

Technical Skills:

AutoCAD

Google SketchUp

Interior Deisgner

Microsoft Office
