Job Description
The Senior Integrated Program Manager (E2E Client Delivery) owns end-to-end client delivery across multiple clients, acting as the execution and orchestration partner to the Product Success Director, who is the overall strategic and executive client lead. The role integrates product, delivery, and cross-functional teams to ensure predictable execution and strong client outcomes.
This role carries a strong responsibility for delivery governance, ensuring consistent reporting, decision-making, and risk management across internal leadership and client stakeholders.
"Integrated" reflects the roles end-to-end ownership across product, delivery, and client outcomes, rather than a single functional or implementation scope.
The role ensures delivery consistency, governance, and execution standards across the Organization, while working in close partnership with Product Success leadership on multiple active client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Ownership
- Own delivery across the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and planning through execution, rollout, and stabilisation
- Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Ensure delivery aligns with client commitments and expectations.
Execution Partner to the Product Success Director
- Translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans.
- Provide structured insight on progress, risks, and decision points.
- Support Director-led executive client conversations with delivery intelligence.
Cross-Functional Integration
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Implementation, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Manage interdependencies across global and distributed teams.
- Proactively resolve blockers and delivery risks.
Client-Facing Delivery Leadership
- Lead delivery governance forums, status reviews, and operational cadence.
- Communicate progress clearly and confidently to client stakeholders.
- Maintain delivery credibility, clarity, and predictability.
Delivery Governance & Executive Reporting
- Own program-level delivery governance, ensuring consistent structure, cadence, and visibility across engagements.
- Establish and manage governance forums, including internal leadership reviews and client delivery reviews.
- Produce clear, decision-oriented reporting for senior internal stakeholders (including ExCo) and external client leadership.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and decisions early, with clear mitigation and escalation paths.
- Maintain strong standards of documentation, tracking, and auditability.
- Ensure governance aligns with organisational operating models and client contractual expectations.
Program Planning & Strategy
- Agree on program goals, scope, success metrics, and delivery roadmap in alignment with business and technical objectives.
- Work with product success managers and solution managers to translate business needs into structured initiatives end-to-end.
- Create detailed program plans, including timelines, dependencies, and risks, on Monday.com.
- Track and report progress and maintain up-to-date status reports for multiple stakeholders and forums.
- Follow up with all (internal/ external stakeholders) to gather required information and documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Technology Leads, and other team members to ensure alignment of program timelines.
- Identify potential delays or blockers and escalate as needed proactively.
- Support the preparation of project dashboards, summaries, and reports for all levels (Workstream, Program, Executive and ExCo level)
- Maintain documentation and ensure program records are accurate and accessible.
Execution & Delivery Oversight
- Drive cross-functional execution of delivery initiatives and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identify deviations, and take corrective action.
- Facilitate meeting cadence and forums (planning meeting, stand-ups, and RAID meeting as required)
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for all program communications.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment (engineering, product, QA, architecture, DevOps, security, and external vendors)
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the stakeholders.
Technical Coordination
- Understand system architecture, data flows, and tech stack well enough to discuss trade-offs and unblock teams.
- Working with leads, managing all dependencies across systems and teams.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, document, and manage risks and issues proactively.
- Collaborate with the stakeholder and ensure mitigation and contingency plans are in place.
- Escalate blockers and critical risks.
Reporting & Metrics
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and post-mortems for senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Vendor & External Partner Management
- Manage third-party vendors, offshore teams, or technology partners involved in the delivery.
- Negotiate SLAs, manage dependencies, and monitor performance.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain program documentation: charters, plans, meeting notes, decision forums, risk logs.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity across hyper care and program transitions to BAU.
Experience & Skills
Required
- 10 years+ experience in Program or Senior Project Management.
- Proven delivery of complex, multi-workstream, client-facing programs.
- Strong cross-functional integration and stakeholder management capability.
- Comfortable partnering with Director-level leaders.
- Experience in enterprise, platform, or tech-enabled environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience using enterprise program management and governance tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar).
- Exposure to global delivery (GTS) models.
- Background in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or platform delivery.
- Understanding of creative, content, or digital production environments, including how production workflows, teams, and dependencies operate within complex client deliveries.

Working Conditions:
