Position: Senior Inside Sales Executive

Department: Mobility & Wellness

Reports To: Assistant Manager - Inside Sales

Location: Pune (On-site)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week-offs)

Role Overview

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving individual and team performance by managing daily sales activities, guiding junior team members, and ensuring lead-to-order conversions. This role demands strong communication, analytical ability, and leadership presence along with hands-on knowledge of CRM and Microsoft tools.


Youll act as the bridge between the Inside Sales Manager and the team, ensuring targets, discipline, and customer satisfaction standards are met consistently.


Key Responsibilities

Handle and convert inbound and outbound leads for Fridos range of mobility products (wheelchairs, scooters, recliners, etc.)

Support and mentor Inside Sales Executives, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate CRM updates, and adherence to processes.

Track and review daily productivity reports, lead flow, and conversions using Excel/Google Sheets dashboards.

Maintain strong knowledge of all products, offers, and processes to support both customers and team queries.

Coordinate closely with Operations, After-Sales, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Conduct mini team huddles and motivate the team towards achieving daily and monthly revenue goals.

Ensure proactive communication within the team address challenges, share learnings, and escalate key issues to the manager.

Maintain an energetic, positive, and performance-driven environment on the floor.


Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily reporting and analysis

Strong leadership and coordination abilities able to guide and support 35 team members

Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closure skills

Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle escalations effectively

High energy, proactive approach, and strong sense of accountability


Requirements

Experience: 5-7 years in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales (preferably in D2C, Healthcare, or Mobility segments)

Prior team-handling exposure (mentoring, guiding, or supervising agents) preferred

Education: Graduate or equivalent

Comfortable with rotational week-offs and a 6-day work schedule
