AbouttheJobRole:

Weareseekinga highlyexperiencedSeniorSystemAdministrator tooverseeandmanageour IT networking, workstations, and laptops. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual withexpertisein systems and network administration, Microsoft Office 365,firewallmanagement, DNS configuration, backup management, and IT security basics. The ideal candidate will also have experience with cloud platforms, video conferencing systems, and active directory management.

• AdministrationofActiveDirectoryandRoleBasedAccessControl
• ConfigurationandSetupofIVRSServerwithVendorSupport
• ShouldtakeregularBackupsonBackupServerandAuditingoftheBackups
• ShouldimplementnetworksecurityintheGlobalsOffices
