At ProductDossier Solutions (Kytes), we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager Implementation to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS).

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for business applications
• Drive client delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution
• Collaborate with global clients & stakeholders
• Understand business processes and translate them into technology solutions
• Manage and mentor teams, ensuring project success and team performance
• Oversee system configuration, testing, rollout, and support
• Handle/escalate L1/L2/L3 support issues within SLA timelines

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience in ERP/CRM/SaaS implementations
• Hands-on exposure to tools like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar
• Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel & reporting
• Experience working with international clients
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience in SaaS product implementations
• Knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies
• PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications
