About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR / People Operations Manager to join our fast-growing Fintech team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our human capital strategy, balancing the high-speed growth of a tech startup with the rigorous compliance standards of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Own the full-cycle recruitment process, specifically targeting "Fintech" talent-professionals who understand both software scaling and financial regulations.
- Onboarding & Culture: Design a world-class onboarding experience that integrates new hires into our "Security First" culture from day one.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and financial industry requirements (including background checks, KYC training, and data privacy standards).
- Total Rewards: Manage and optimize our compensation philosophy, including salary benchmarking, equity/stock option grants, and comprehensive benefits packages.
- Performance Management: Implement agile performance review cycles and career development frameworks to retain high-performing technical and financial staff.
- People Analytics: Use data-driven insights to monitor headcount, turnover, and diversity, reporting directly to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 35+ years of HR/People Ops experience, preferably within a Fintech, Insurtech, or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity/ESOP structures and the legalities of hiring in a regulated environment.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations between engineering, legal, and executive teams.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM/PHR certification is a plus).
