Experience : 3+Years

Responsibilities:

• HR Reporting: Compile data, generate reports, and analyze key HR metrics.
• Promote an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, creativity, teamwork, and high performance.
• Should have excellent Communication
• Administer various HR functions such as new hire paperwork, pre-employment background checks and drug testing, and employee records management.
• Policy and Procedure: Assist in policy communication and implementation.
• Should have hands on Recruitment experience.
• Payroll & Statutory
• Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Good presentation skills
