Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer who can drive both design execution and communication strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to global design standards, the ability to lead a team, and experience working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts, visual storytelling, and design strategies
• Build and implement communication strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and present creative ideas
• Create engaging designs across digital platforms (social media, branding, campaigns, etc.)
• Incorporate animation and motion graphics into design projects
• Stay updated with global design trends and apply them effectively
• Utilize AI tools for graphic design to enhance creativity and productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 56 years of experience in graphic design and visualizing
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, strategic, and branding work
• Hands-on experience in communication strategy + design strategy
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Experience in animation and motion graphics
• Exposure to international/global clients or projects
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills

Good to Have

• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
