We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual design initiatives and drive the overall creative direction of the brand.

This role involves creating impactful visual content, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and engaging design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent design sense, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop innovative and engaging design concepts for digital and offline campaigns
• Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual solutions
• Execute end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery

• Lead branding and rebranding initiatives
• Create and maintain brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layouts, tone, etc.)
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and communication channels

Design a wide range of creative assets, including:

• Social media creatives (posts, reels thumbnails, stories)
• Performance marketing ads (Google, Meta ads, banners)
• Corporate presentations and pitch decks
• Brochures, flyers, and print materials
• Website and landing page visuals

• Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams
• Collaborate with copywriters and video editors for integrated campaigns
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning

• Guide and mentor junior designers and interns
• Review and provide constructive feedback on design work
• Ensure high-quality output and adherence to deadlines

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and revisions

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Bring fresh ideas and innovation to enhance creative output
• Experiment with new formats, styles, and visual storytelling techniques

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• 47 years of hands-on experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding work
• Proficiency in design tools:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe InDesign (preferred)
• Knowledge of Figma / Canva (added advantage)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Excellent communication and time management skills
