Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer with strong backend development experience to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems for an enterprise collaboration platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to backend architecture with focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases and improve system efficiency.
• Work with MongoDB and distributed systems.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams for smooth delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Maintain high coding standards and improve development practices.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and transaction management.
• Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with API Gateways like Kong.
• Understanding of distributed systems and backend scalability.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with TypeScript and React.
