Job Description

This role gives you the opportunity to:

• Deliver bespoke learning intervention for our client organizations across more than 10 industries designed with a sharp focus on the business impact
• Assimilate learning from various industries and apply it to create value for the client
• Be a part of Chrysalis HRDs internal learning interventions

The expectation from you in the role will be to:

• Understand and deliver interventions as per the Chrysalis HRD design and facilitation guidelines
• Understand and conform to Chrysalis HRD facilitation standards
• Be committed helping participants improve their skills to achieve the desired business impact
• Travel PAN India (mostly east) to deliver the Intervention

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in delivering behavior-based learning interventions to middle and senior level participants in corporates

Education

• Post graduation in any discipline
