Senior Executive - TechOps

Responsibilities

• Own daily brand report updation and ensure all reports are updated accurately within defined timelines.
• Manage payout computation and payout tracking for all Offline DSAs and ZET Pros with proper validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Offline DSAs and ZET Pros for escalations, operational queries, and daily offline report sharing.
• Ensure payout data is validated and reconciled accurately before processing to avoid discrepancies.
• Work closely with internal business, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution of offline operations.
• Track operational metrics and identify gaps or inefficiencies in reporting and payout workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in operations, business operations, payout operations, or process management roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace/G Suite products for reporting and operational tracking.
• Experience in handling large datasets, reconciliations, and operational reporting with strong attention to detail.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate effectively with DSAs and cross-functional teams.
• SQL knowledge is an added advantage for operational analysis and data validation.
• Ability to manage multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
