Role Overview

The Senior Executive Process Control & Cost Optimization will be responsible for improving operational efficiency across retail operations, supply chain, and store processes. The role focuses on identifying cost-saving opportunities, implementing standardized processes, and ensuring compliance with operational SOPs across EBOs and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement

• Evaluate existing operational processes across retail stores, warehouse, and supply chain.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Develop and implement SOPs for retail and backend processes.

Cost Optimization

• Analyze operational expenses including logistics, manpower, shrinkage, and store operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs without impacting customer experience or operational efficiency.
• Track cost optimization initiatives and measure savings.

Compliance & Process Control

• Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs across stores and operational teams.
• Conduct periodic process audits to identify deviations.
• Implement corrective actions and process standardization.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Store teams.
• Support rollout of operational improvements and new systems.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare dashboards and reports on operational efficiency and cost metrics.
• Present findings and improvement plans to management.
