Senior E-commerce Operations Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations of Amazon and Flipkart stores, including listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional activities.
2. Monitor key business metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, and advertising performance, and provide regular reports and analysis.
3. Support major platform campaigns by coordinating promotions, pricing strategies, and key product sales initiatives.
4. Optimize advertising performance by monitoring campaign data and driving traffic and conversion improvements.
5. Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends, and prepare competitor and market analysis reports.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational plans and participate in store management activities.
7. Leverage AI tools to improve data processing, content optimization, and overall operational efficiency

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or above. Experience in consumer electronics, TV, or home appliance categories is preferred.
2. 35 years of experience in Amazon and/or Flipkart e-commerce operations, with strong knowledge of platform operations and seller tools.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business issues and provide actionable recommendations.
4. Good understanding of e-commerce advertising and the ability to support traffic and conversion growth initiatives.
5. Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and category dynamics.
6. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools, with strong data-handling skills.
7. Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them for operational efficiency and productivity improvements.
8. Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.
9. Strong growth potential and interest in developing into a Store Manager or Platform Lead role in the future.
