Job Description:

Novo Insurance Broking Services is looking for a Health Insurance Claims Executive for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling health insurance claims, preferably from a TPA (Third Party Administrator) background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing health insurance claims (cashless & reimbursement)
• Coordinating with hospitals, clients, and insurance companies
• Ensuring timely claim settlements and proper documentation
• Resolving customer queries related to claims

Requirements:

• Minimum 13 years of experience in health insurance claims
• Preference for candidates from TPA background
• Kannada speaking is mandatory
• Good communication and coordination skills
