  • Participate in audit readiness activities (security, licensing, regulatory) by maintaining required documentation and evidence

  • Assist in implementing new controls and procedures to address identified risks or compliance gaps

What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)

Enterprise platforms & integration experience

  • Supporting integrations between PDI and POS systems, payment processors, loyalty platforms, ERP, and data warehouses

  • Experience with API-based, event-driven, batch, and file-based integration patterns

  • Understanding of error handling, operational resiliency, and store-level failure scenarios

  • Working knowledge of data reconciliation, validation, and transactional data flows

Technology, cloud, and operations

  • Experience working within Microsoft Azure–hosted enterprise environments in partnership with infrastructure teams

  • Understanding of identity, security, networking, monitoring, and logging practices

  • Experience supporting production systems, incident investigations, and operational issue resolution

Skills that set you apart

  • Enterprise mindset with a focus on platform reliability and business outcomes
