What youll achieve

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be part of the cyber recovery team you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure cyber recovery solutions, with a primary focus on PowerScale Cyber Vault powered by Superna. You will work with enterprises and regulated customers to protect critical data, ensure rapid recovery from cyber incidents, and strengthen overall cyber resilience.

You will:

• Design, deploy, and support Cyber Recovery as a Service solutions using PowerScale Cyber Vault and Superna
• Administer and integrate supporting technologies such as PowerFlex, Commvault, and Aruba switches
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement cyber recovery best practices, testing, and operational readiness
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and recovery issues across storage, backup, and network layers
• Supporting cyber recovery operations, including recovery testing, incident response readiness, and ongoing optimization
• Driving operational efficiency through documentation, standardization, and automation initiatives

Essential Requirements

• Engineering Degree Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with Superna , PowerScale and cyber recovery / cyber vault architecture
• Handson knowledge of PowerFlex, Commvault, and enterprise networking (Aruba switches, Cisco and Dell Switches)
• Experience supporting backup, disaster recovery, or cyber recovery solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in customerfacing technical roles

Desirable Requirements

• Automation or scripting experience (Python, Ansible, or similar tools)
• Industry certifications in storage, backup, cybersecurity, or networking
