Role Summary

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and L3 support of SPF / NEXDOC systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for engineering document management platforms.

Experience

• 612 years of total experience
• Minimum 5+ years handson experience with SPF / NEXDOC or equivalent tools

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and administration of SPF / NEXDOC
• Design SPF data models, schemas, workflows, and security
• Handle L3 escalations and perform root cause analysis
• Integrate SPF with SmartPlant tools and ERP systems
• Mentor and guide L1/L2 support teams

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in SPF / NEXDOC
• SQL Server / Oracle
• Windows Server & IIS
• Engineering document management systems
