Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

Experience: 710 Years

Industry: Food/FMCG/Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review electrical systems including HV/LV switchgear, transformers, MCC, UPS, generators, ELV, CCTV, access control, instrumentation & automation systems.
• Prepare technical documents like SLD, layouts, BOQ, datasheets, schematics, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/NEC/IEEE/NFPA and other global standards.
• Work on AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, DIALUX, Navisworks.
• Support vendor evaluation, procurement, global project coordination, and supplier development.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimization, sustainability, and energy-efficient design.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Electrical, ELV, Instrumentation & Control systems.
• Experience in large CAPEX greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Knowledge of DCS/PLC platforms (Siemens/Allen Bradley preferred).
• Good project management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills.

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 710 years relevant experience in Global Engineering/Plant Expansion Projects.
• USA/Europe code knowledge preferred.
