Senior Electrical BIM Designer

Were looking for a Senior Electrical BIM Designer who can go beyond design intent and deliver construction-ready, installable electrical models. This role is critical in bridging the gap between engineering design and field executionsupporting high-impact commercial and infrastructure projects.

• Develop detailed electrical BIM models in Revit (power, lighting, and fire alarm systems)
• Convert engineering drawings into constructability-driven shop drawings
• Perform conduit routing, including sizing, elevations, and clash-free layouts
• Coordinate with multi-trade teams using Navisworks and BIM workflows
• Design and support prefabrication strategies (racks, assemblies, etc.)
• Produce field-ready deliverables aligned with installation requirements
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure quality, efficiency, and deadlines

• Strong experience in electrical BIM modeling (contractor-side preferred)
• Proven ability to create install-ready shop drawings and conduit layouts
• Hands-on experience with Revit (20232026 preferred)
• Knowledge of power distribution, electrical systems, and coordination workflows
• Experience with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and prefab tools (Evolve is a plus)
• Solid understanding of field installation and constructability
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in electrical design, power systems, and BIM coordination
• Background in construction or electrical contracting is highly preferred
