Senior DFT Engineer

We are looking for skilled DFT Engineers with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team.

Role: DFT Engineer

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune, Ahmedabad

Experience: 4+ Years

Required Skills:

Strong experience in DFT architecture and implementation

Expertise in Scan Insertion, ATPG, MBIST, and Boundary Scan

Hands-on experience with Scan Compression and JTAG

Good understanding of fault models, coverage analysis, and pattern generation

Experience with DFT validation, debug, and silicon bring-up

Knowledge of synthesis flow and timing concepts

Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys/Tessent/Cadence)

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience in SoC-level DFT implementation

Exposure to advanced technology nodes

Good understanding of STA and physical design flow
