Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure,

automation, and CI/CD practices. This role is focused on core infrastructure-side

DevOps, requiring individuals who can independently design, implement, and optimize

scalable systems while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps solutions using modern automation tools

Manage and optimize large-scale cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS/GCP)

Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps best practices

Support and manage development and production environments

Improve release engineering processes and deployment efficiency

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building

Act as an individual contributor across multiple DevOps initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

58 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering

Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP (mandatory)

Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration

Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Proficiency in Docker and containerization

Experience with automation, infrastructure as code, and system design

Working knowledge of Java/Kotlin build systems (Gradle)

Strong problem-solving ability with a solution-oriented mindset

Good to Have

Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or platforms

Experience in capital markets or fintech environments

Multi-cloud exposure (excluding Azure, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud)
