Primary Responsibilities:

  • DevOps & AWS Platform Engineering (Core)
    • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for AWS-based application deployments
    • Operate and enhance Kubernetes platforms running on AWS, supporting scalable and secure workloads
    • Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure including compute, networking, identity, and security constructs
    • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code to ensure consistent and repeatable AWS environments
    • Improve deployment strategies, rollout safety, observability, and developer self-service capabilities
    • Drive automation to reduce manual effort and platform maintenance overhead
  • AI Builder & Intelligent Automation (Primary Focus)
    • Design and build AI-powered DevOps and platform workflows, such as:
      • AI-assisted CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting and failure analysis
      • Intelligent release validation and deployment risk analysis
      • Automated environment health checks and remediation
      • AI-enabled developer productivity tools integrated into workflows
    • Integrate LLMs or AI services into CI/CD, operational tooling, and cloud workflows
    • Partner with data and ML teams to operationalise AI/ML workloads on AWS and Kubernetes
    • Define guardrails and best practices for secure, responsible use of AI-driven automation
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Security & Compliance Enablement
    • Solid hands-on experience with AWS in production environments 
    • Experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles
    • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale
    • Experience designing or integrating AI-enabled automation into engineering or delivery processes
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform)
    • Experience deploying or supporting AI/ML inference services on AWS
    • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised workloads on AWS
    • Exposure to site reliability engineering, observability, or production operations
    • Knowledge of GitOps, continuous testing, or advanced deployment strategies
    • Familiarity with LLMs, AI platforms, or ML workflows in enterprise settings
    • Solid scripting or programming skills used to automate cloud and DevOps workflows
    • Proven ability to work across engineering, data, and security teams with clear communication
    • Proven ability to embed security scans, policy enforcement, and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines
    • Proven ability to support AWS-aligned secrets management, certificate rotation, and secure configuration practices
    • Proven ability to ensure AI-enabled workflows meet security, privacy, and governance requirements


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Reliability & Operations:
    • Proven ability to contribute to system observability, monitoring, and reliability improvements on AWS platforms
    • Proven ability to support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and operational improvements as needed
    • Proven ability to apply SRE best practices where appropriate, without owning formal SLOs or full-time on-call responsibilities
