We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer / AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-powered applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong software development expertise combined with hands-on experience working with modern AI tools, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and cloud technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered applications and services.
• Build and integrate AI agents, chatbots, automation workflows, and intelligent business solutions.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with AI tools, AI applications, or AI-driven software development.
• 5+ years of overall software development experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Experience building AI-powered products, chatbots, automation systems, or machine learning solutions.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and database technologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflow systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience working in SaaS, AI, or technology startups.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
